Shipping and Returns
At Inventa, we strive to provide you the best possible service at all the times. To provide you the fastest delivery of your purchase, we have partnered with some of the best Courier companies that are available in India who would make sure that your orders are delivered at your doorstep safely and on or before time. Standard shipping fee will be applied on the products purchased by the customers.
All the items are carefully packaged so as to avoid any form of damage. Inventa ships your order through the best courier companies available. You will be getting a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. All orders received are shipped within 24 hrs. In most cases, it is shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 3PM except Public Holidays or weekends in some cases. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with courier details and expected date of delivery for your further reference.
Generally, all orders are delivered within 3-10 business days depending on your shipping location. Orders placed from Mumbai/Maharashtra are usually delivered on the next working day. Do note that, for certain pin codes not serviced by our courier partner(s), we may use Speed Post (Indian Postal Service). Alternatively, you can get in touch with our customer service team to add an alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners. Deliveries made through Speed Post – Indian Postal Service might take longer than usual delivery time.
Limitation on refund amount for courier charges:
If the customer wants to instant return or return within 15 days from delivery date, and Inventa does not offer reverse pickup of the items, the customer can send us the shipment himself/herself. Also, we request the customer to send the scanned copy of the courier slip to email@example.com and Inventa will refund the amount. Inventa will refund the courier slip amount.
www.inventa.ind.inwill accept Return of a product only if the following conditions are met.
Return should be initiated within 15 days of order delivery.
The tags on the product should be intact.
The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.
The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.
Reverse pickup process:
In case of Return initiated and subsequently couriered the product by the Customer himself/herself, if it is found that the claimed shipment was not delivered towww.inventa.ind.inor the shipment was empty, the onus shall be on the customer to prove through presentation/submission of Proof of Delivery (PoD) from the concerned logistic service provider to establish his/her claim of return. www.inventa.ind.inwill not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In a scenario where a product not belonging to Inventais returned by mistake, Inventais not accountable for misplacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the customer.
